Residences at Boulder Creek

Boulder, CO

This building-built in 1966 as a student dormitory-was purchased with the intent to create an active adult living community with quality residential unit plans and luxury finishes.
The project includes demolition of the two low-rise flanking buildings and renovation of the 9 story tower.  There will be 63 new residential units in the tower and two new three-story buildings with 54 units flanking the existing tower over new covered parking.  The 117 total units range in size and provide for one and two bedroom residences. Units are designed for assisted-living requirements, yet have the appearance of independent living units. The design approach creates an interactive living environment centered on the common areas located in the tower balanced with residential units in the new construction on either side.
The design provides for a full restaurant, indoor pool, fitness center, activities areas, small theatre and spa creating an interactive community for the residents.
