, AKRiver Dance consists of 16 duplexes clustered around a series of fishing ponds along the Eagle River. The theme for the project is outdoor living and is reflected in the homes generous porch and patio areas. The client's Design Review Board Guidelines influenced materials and forms. While staying within the client's guidelines, these high end units focus on splendid views, traditional materials, and an active, outdoor life style.
