Rocky Mountain News Corporate Headquarters
Denver, COOZ Architecture in collaboration with the management team of the Rocky Mountain News, completed the programming phase for their new newsroom. The design team used the programming document to proceed with space planning for this unique environment. The floorplan is comprised primarily of open office areas, with private offices located on the interior of the floorplate. The Newsroom include a Library, a large Conference Room, a Media Wall, and several TV studios. Informal collaborative, as well as smaller and more private work areas will be shared by the staff. OZ was instrumental in identifying the design direction and selecting the materials, finishes, and furnishings to reflect the vision of the Rocky Mountain News.
