Sparrowhawk Cookware
Colorado Springs, COFor years 120 North Tejon had commanded prime position in downtown retail for Colorado Springs. Nationally known retailer Pendleton vacated the space leaving a somewhat chaotic series of modifications and remodels in its wake.
Upon procuring the building in 2008, Sparrowhawk Cookware utilized OZ Architecture in bringing a fresh look throughout the 4,000 square foot store and establishing pedestrian level interest for the street front. The resulting shopping experience blends materials and color palette reminiscent of a higher-end residential kitchen. A re-organizing of the store segments results in a shopping experience that is both interesting, but easily navigated.
