StorageTek Campus Master Plan
Louisville, COOZ provided urban design, master planning, and design guidelines for the StorageTek Campus. The plans illustrate the transformation of an aging industrial campus into a vibrant and attractive new urbanist community at the southern gateway to Louisville. The plans feature a compact neighborhood organized into districts and centered on an urban park and plaza within a retail village. Integrated land uses, high density, street connectivity, and pedestrian environments encourage walking and bicycling. The Plan incorporates innovative standards that allow for the evolution of land uses as density increases over time and new patterns of living emerge. OZ provided services necessary to make this dramatic change in land uses possible, including urban design, master planning and design guidelines for the new development.
