Stratton Point

Colorado Springs, CO

This project entails the redevelopment of a 2-story concrete and brick building, built in 1914, into a 6-story retail/office building in downtown Colorado Springs. OZ designed a building with natural stone, wood, and set-back upper floors with an overhanging roof to complete the client’s “urban rustic” vision. The building will house the administrative headquarters for the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs.
