The Jet
Phoenix, AZThe Jet will sit in a 2-acre site being developed in downtown Phoenix. The project will consist of (3) 30-story high-rise buildings neighboring Arizona State University downtown campus. The Jet will have 17 different unit types with 215-units for Tower I, 275-units for Tower II and 347-units for Tower III. OZ Interiors will be designing and selecting the finishes for the common space areas and the units. The housing-for-rent development will have a fun and urban design at an affordable price.
