Total Community Options Headquarters
Denver, COOZ was hired to design the Corporate headquarters for three companies: Total Longterm Care/LTCO and Seniors, Inc.After examining the way they work the new floorplan supports a collaborative environment and reduces their square footage from 60,000 to 45,000 SF. Many employees will be coming out of private offices and will now have the choice of many different worksettings. Amenity spaces include a social hub, outdoor pavilion with wi-fi and outdoor patios.
