Westminster Promenade Projects
Westminster, COWestminster Promenade is one of the major developing mixed-use/entertainment/employment districts in the City of Westminster. Lying between Denver and Boulder along the Highway 36 corridor, Promenade West is anchored by a 24-screen AMC Cineplex with a cluster of restaurants and retail lining a Central Plaza and Promenade that connects to the Promenade East across a pedestrian bridge. Promenade East is anchored by a three rink Ice Centre on one end and a Westin Hotel/Conference Center at the other end, with two office buildings above retail and restaurants, all facing a two-acre, man-made lake. The project is connected to the Westminster City Park to the east along the big Dry Creek open space corridor. The firm has continued to expand its design role with the design of the six-acre infill project that includes the Deepak Chopra “MyAnanda” Spa, retail and a luxury condominium village between the Westin Hotel and the Ice Centre, as well as the 14-acre “Axis” residential neighborhood adjacent to CirclePoint.
